Bellurie Delivery Policy
At Bellurie, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience for all our customers. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and location. Please read the following information carefully to understand how our delivery process works.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to UK Mainland only. Deliveries to remote locations, such as the Highlands, may take an additional 10-15 working days on top of the standard lead time.
Delivery Charges
- Free Standard Delivery – Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery within the UK Mainland.
- Standard Delivery Charge – Orders under £100 will be subject to a delivery fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Some larger or specialist items may have different delivery charges, which will be outlined on the product page.
Delivery Times & Scheduling
- Deliveries are made on working weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8 AM and 8 PM.
- If a specific delivery window is required, please contact us in advance to check if this can be arranged.
- A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt re-delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- If tracking is available for your order, you will receive an email with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.
- If your order includes multiple items from different suppliers, deliveries may arrive on different days and via different couriers.
Preparing for Delivery
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that:
- The item(s) will fit through all doorways, hallways, staircases, and under ceilings.
- If access is restricted, arrangements are made beforehand to avoid failed delivery attempts.
Some couriers may only deliver to the ground floor room of choice. If your delivery requires access beyond this, please inform us in advance, as additional charges may apply.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, some couriers may leave the package in a safe place or attempt re-delivery. Please note that failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
Receiving Your Delivery
- Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully before signing for it.
- If you are unable to inspect the items immediately, sign for them as "unchecked" to ensure any damage claims can be processed.
- Keep your packaging and order confirmation in case you need to return or exchange an item.
Once an order has been successfully delivered and signed for, the responsibility for the item transfers to you. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or destruction of the item after delivery unless the issue was reported upon receipt or the wrong item was delivered.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@bellurie.com with:
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Depending on the issue, we may:
- Arrange for a repair.
- Offer a replacement (subject to availability).
- Provide a refund if necessary.
Please retain the item in its original packaging while we assess the best resolution.
Assembly & Installation
- Some items may require assembly. It is important to check all parts and instructions before assembly to ensure you have everything needed.
- If an item is damaged during self-assembly, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
- If you plan to store your item before assembling, inspect it upon arrival to confirm all parts are included and in good condition.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Risk of Loss: Once an item has been delivered to your address or the first attempted delivery has been made, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
- Delays: We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- Undeliverable Orders: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a courier depot, we will refund the product cost minus any delivery and return charges.
- Order Cancellations: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, estimated availability and shipping dates will be displayed on the product page. These are subject to change due to supply chain delays.
Pre-Order Terms:
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
- You will receive an order confirmation and further updates as your order progresses.
- If a pre-order item is cancelled due to supplier issues, a full refund will be issued.
