Bellurie Return Policy
At Bellurie, we want you to love your furniture as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 28 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- Items must not have been partially or fully assembled.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect all items before dispatch, but occasionally items may arrive damaged or faulty due to transit.
- Inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery.
- If you notice any damage or defects, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bellurie.com. Include a detailed description of the issue and clear images showing the problem.
Please keep the item safe and in its original packaging while we work to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may:
- Arrange a furniture repair specialist to assess and fix the issue.
- Replace the item if stock is available.
- Collect the faulty item and issue a partial or full refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original item (once approved) and make a new purchase for the replacement.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
